Donna Tallent is a lyrical essayist, an intern at Bellevue Literary Press, and a trained teacher with the National Association on Mental Illness (NAMI). She currently facilitates a bi-monthly generative writing and submission group. In 2019, Donna received an Angell Foundation scholarship and was chosen to participate in AWP’s mentee program, Writer to Writer. She is an alumna of the Tin House Summer Writers Workshop and holds an MFA from Queens University of Charlotte.
